Steven Threader

Steven Threader is Managing Director, Employee Benefits Consulting for Gallagher’s UK Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS). In his role, Steven is responsible for supporting corporate clients of all sizes, by providing innovative solutions to enhance employee experience. Steven’s team provide employee benefits consultancy, digital propositions and communication strategies for clients of all sizes and distribution preferences, ranging from large corporates to SMEs and including niche industry sectors.

Steven has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services sector, initially as an advisor to both individuals and corporations, where he was a regulated advisor. More recently, he has led consulting teams and business units within employee benefit consultancies, while also holding positions on boards of directors.
