Mary Duncan

Mary Duncan is a Human Resources Advisor with Gallagher's Human Resources Consulting practice. Mary is a junior HR professional with experience in HR policy and procedure development, performance management, recruitment and workplace investigations.

Prior to joining the Human Resources Consulting practice, Mary worked as a Junior Reporting Analyst with Gallagher's Group Benefits team.

Mary has an honours bachelor of arts degree in Sociology from McMaster University and post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Mary also holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
