Lee-An Palo

Lee-An is a consultant in Gallagher's Executive Search practice. Lee-An is a recruitment professional who joined Gallagher through the merger partner Four Corners Group in 2021. With an extensive background in client services, her approach centers on delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.

Since joining the industry, Lee-An has led research and search execution for private, public and nonprofit organizations across multiple sectors. Before executive search, Lee-An's professional journey began in campus hiring and agency recruitment, where she honed her skills in facilitating successful placements.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lee-An is deeply passionate about fostering diversity, inclusivity and equity in the workplace. She actively contributes to George Brown College's mentorship program, where she empowers the next generation of professionals. Offering her guidance and support, Lee-An helps post-secondary students navigate their career paths and overcome various barriers as they begin their professional journeys.
