Alain Forget

A psychologist with more than 40 years of experience in industrial and organizational psychology, Alain has been a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec since 1983 and holds a Master of Professional Studies in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Montreal (1982).

Alain worked as a national and international consultant in organizational performance and change management in specialized teams at major audit firms, KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse. He then became a senior director at Secor, an international strategic consulting firm, before moving on to become a partner in a firm specializing in industrial and organizational psychology.

Alain conducted psychometric assessment and leadership development for hundreds of leaders from intermediate, senior and C-levels, in various industries. He also acts as a strategic advisor to corporate leaders in the areas of work organization, succession management for key positions, development of management team effectiveness and employee engagement for multiple sectors of activity. He's involved in the design and delivery of leadership development programs for middle and senior managers.

His approach to executive coaching is eclectic, drawing on a variety of techniques to support professional and personal development.

With his conceptual and practical mind, he contributes greatly to the success of his clients through his ability to identify key dimensions of each leadership profile and propose appropriate solutions.
