Adelaide Vautier, Ph.D.

Adélaïde joined Gallagher Talent Management Services in 2022 as a consultant. She's involved in several practices in competencies development and potential assessment. Before specializing in potential assessment, Adélaïde worked mostly in organizational development and mental health in diverse companies.

As an enthusiastic and dynamic person, Adélaïde helps each of her clients achieve their full potential, whether they're individual contributors or managers. For her, the key is to build a strong and authentic relationship with her clients, so she understands their environment and of the challenges they face.

Before specializing in potential assessment, Adélaïde mainly worked in organizational development within organizations in the financial or academic sectors. She has worked on various projects, ranging from psychological health to the implementation of training programs.

She is also volunteering on several committee of mentorship for the Société Québécoise de Psychologie du Travail et des Organisations (SQPTO) and the Jeune Chambre des Commerces de Montréal (JCCM). Passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, she's currently finishing her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Montreal, where she primarily focuses on the relationship between the psychological health of managers and their leadership.
